Received the Cathedral DVD today.
Although the bonuses are targeted more towards the average viewer without any CG background, it was interesting to see a major part of the production was matte painting and compositing rather than trying to get convincing renders out of the 3D package.
I bow down before the diligence and discipline given to a project like this by an individual. I wish I wasn’t so affraid of big tasks.
