Photo Comments in Original

Thanks to a patch from Christian Troester we’re going to have user comments in Original.

I’ve made a few modifications to his code, particularly in layout and input checking. Not yet ready for a 0.10 release though. The non-default themes need work and I wanted to format PHP4 EXIF info better. So don’t hold your breath yet.
