I wonder if you can provide a gstreamer pipeline that would transcode an MPEG2 Transport stream into a DV stream and shift the source by one pixel row. The source is interlaced and appears to have the wrong field order.
I happen to have a nicely edited movie that blinks like crazy on TV due to the fields beling the wrong order.
